New Quilts, Market Fun and "Mini's"!
How can "work" be this much fun!?!
Here are a few more sneak peeks of our brand new quilts coming out this Fall in our new book - One Wonderful Curve.
We've been feverishly working on getting these quilts finished and we are so excited to share them with you this Fall!
A few of our new book quilts were featured at Spring Market in Landauer's booth.
Helen and Sherilyn had so much fun at market and getting to see our quilts. Sherilyn hadn't seen "Candy Blossoms" (book cover quilt) since she finished piecing it and sent it to Helen to get quilted.
She was in love with it all over again! Helen did an amazing job quilting it!
We loved our time at market and getting to meet, again, some of our favorite quilters and designers and of course many of our quilting friends from all over the world!
And, of course, Helen demoed our ruler masterfully at EE Schenck and Landauer
You might say we had a bit of fun walking around Minneapolis, enjoying delicious cuisine including seaweed salad, and admiring all the very cool buildings and bridges.
Minneapolis did not disappoint! :)
Sherilyn finally got brave enough to load an actual quilt on her new long-arm!! She just went for it, made plenty of mistakes, but more importantly - learned a lot! She's pretty excited with the final results! :)
We've been experimenting with our own "mini" versions of some of our blocks. Needless to say, we are ecstatic with the results and can't wait to make these possibilities a reality for everyone!! :)
We hope all our quilty friends are doing well and finding plenty of time to do what we all love!
