about limiting what we hear. Whenever posilbse (and it’s often), I simplify the sounds I hear to that which life and it’s energy creates. I’ve come to recognize those that do the same. I think it’s in the way one bares the weight of everything they’ve been exposed to during the course of a day. It all adds up and can take a toll. Sure, we miss out on a great song or two every now and then, but isn’t it interesting how that great song comes our way any way? hmmm perhaps it doesn’t boil down to missing out on something but rather chosing how and when we learn of it. Much better that then to take in the million aspects of information we didn’t even need or want in the first.Verbose-ly,S.

Thank you for your comment. I think am going to go nioofctinn with this book. Will take me a while to finish as I still have some research to do, but I think in the end, nioofctinn would probably be best.

Yeah, I’m seeing the spnining wheel in Firefox, which is always a signal of either current or impending doom LOLIt stinks, because I’m trying to get the right theme and feel for my blog, but I keep seeing all the other custom header themes everywhere! And I don’t want to be a copycat.
