No twisted blossoms yet, but I’ve made two Metro Rings (one a giant king for my niece’s wedding) and have a third cut out ready to go. I an in Sedona now looking out to the red rocks. I love the new blocks!

We took a wonderful family vacation to the Oregon Coast earlier this summer. I haven’t started the Twisted Blossom blocks yet but I plan to.

Plan to go to Some of Chicago’s great museums over Labor Day weekend. I have cut out and assembled the pieces for 20 twisted blocks. Now I just need to get them all sewn together.

I finish my 16 blocks and pieced them together. This weekend I’m planning on attaching the borders and start thinking of “quilting as desire”, a very important part on a finished quilt. A fun trip this year, Washington DC will be very fun, maybe we will make it.
