Finished Quilt
I just finished Deb's beautiful quilt and love how it turned out. It's always exciting for me to pull it off the frame and truly get the whole quilting effect.
Deb gave me the go ahead to do what I felt would look best for the quilt.
I knew I wanted to do some fun quilting in the white parts of the quilt and for that to be the focus point.....so doing a grid on the other areas was perfect and easy.
I used my arc acrylic rulers to create the arch and circle designs.
When looking at the whole quilt, I love the circles created by the gentle arch's.
Deb did mention she wanted the white star to pop. I think I managed to make it pop....
I wanted the feathers to come to the star tips....I really like how it accentuates the star!
A feather border added a nice touch to finish off this sweet little quilt.
