Quilting makes the quilt!  That's exactly how I feel about this quilt.  I love this quilt so much more now it's quilted!

The grid quilting turned out better than I hoped and I love it for this quilt.  The quilt felt very scrappy to me with no color direction and the quilting helped give my eye something to focus on.

I explained how I did the Grid-Crosshatch quilting here, if you're interested.  I used double warm and white batting.

This quilted up way faster than the piecing up!!

The quilt is called Urban Tiles and the pattern will be out soon!

Hi Marissa, I saw your comment on dgsein sponge in regards to the sofa. Ligne Roset introduced the Togo Sofa by Michael Ducoroy 40 years ago, and we are now having a 40 year anniversary sale for 20% off. Please let me know if you’re interested and I can send you swatches of the fabrics (so many colors to choose from). And we ship anywhere!
