The flying geese blocks are made 4 at a time and then squared to the indicated size. This makes sewing 320 geese easy peasy! The Sew Square 4 and QCR Mini Ruler also make cutting and squaring blocks easier than ever! We look forward to seeing your color combinations. Our Crisscross Applesauce quilt design was inspired by a vintage quilt we admired that had black 'geese' on white 'sky' fabric surrounded by coral solid fabric. We were inspired to add curved piecing to enhance the flying geese blocks. We loved creating this heirloom quality quilt!
