The double wedding ring design has been popular as a quilt since the 15th century and is traditionally made by mothers/grandmothers for a cherished loved one's wedding. The classic motif has also been found in surface design throughout the ages as far back as Roman artifacts.

This is our third pattern featuring the iconic double wedding ring quilt design. We have updated the fabric amounts, how to cut the different shapes, and the setting corners. We also wrote the pattern with instructions for creating the color wash look where colors transition throughout the quilt.
