This month’s QC Exclusive tutorial is all about squaring up. Squaring up a quilt block is one of those small steps that makes a huge difference in the final quilt. It improves accuracy and consistency, ensures a smooth assembly, creates crisp points & seams and promotes a professional finish. Join Helen to learn all the tricks of the trade!
Mark your calendars! Join us for an exclusive Live session every second Tuesday of the month at 12 pm MST. Zoom links will go out via email the day before the session & will also be posted on the Community page. Can’t make it? All sessions will be recorded and shared.
Rock the Block # 3 Crown Flower
Crown Flower has a stained glass feel with the odd shaped and sizes of fabric which are first sewn together before the curves are cut for the petal shapes. It uses the QCR Mini and Snowball corners (check out the exclusive tutorial HERE) to make the large triangle shaped leaves.
April showers bring May flowers…The newest SKW Holiday series pattern, Posh Spring is now available! Utilizing the QCR Mini Ruler, the Posh Spring pattern simplifies the process of sewing curves, making it accessible for quilters of various skill levels. The pattern's design features stylized tulip blocks, gentle curves, 1/4" micro sewing representing rain, and a charming umbrella motif.
The time has finally come! Park Place is here and available for immediate purchase. Measuring 55" x 63", this pattern is perfect for showcasing a variety of small scale fabrics. Designed for use with the Wonder Curve Ruler which simplifies curved piecing with a "cut, sew, and square up" approach—no pinning, centering, or snipping required.
